MCP client
Connect anything to Factum.
Factum is an MCP client. Connect your mailbox, calendar and files, or any MCP server of your own, and Factum works across them: it finds the contract in your inbox, reads the annex from Drive and checks both against the law in force, in one answer.

Connectors
What you can connect today
Built-in connectors sign in with your own account through OAuth. Anything else that speaks MCP can be added by URL.
Gmail
Search and read email threads and attachments; draft replies grounded in the law.
Google Calendar
Read your events and create new ones around the deadlines Factum computes.
Google Drive
Search and read files in Drive, Sheets included.
Outlook Mail
Search and read Outlook email, attachments included.
Outlook Calendar
Read and manage Outlook events.
Custom MCP server
Your document management system, matter database or internal API, over MCP.
How it works
Your tools become sources
Once connected, a tool is just another source Factum can call, alongside the legislation, the court decisions and your projects.
Mail, calendar, files
Ask about the contract that is still in your inbox
Point Factum at your Gmail or Outlook and it searches the thread, opens the attachment and reads it together with the statute. Ask what the deadline in the email means under the law, and the answer cites both.
- Search and read email threads and attachments
- Files and Sheets from Google Drive
- Deadlines read from your calendar, events created back into it
Your own MCP servers
Bring the systems your firm already runs
Add any MCP server by URL: a document management system, a matter database, an internal API. Its tools appear next to Factum's own, in chat and as columns in Table review.
- Add a server in Settings, no code on your side
- Tools available in chat and in Table review columns
- Works with any MCP-compatible server
Control
Every connection governed, every call visible
Each connector is authorised by you, for your account, with the permissions it asks for and nothing more. Each tool call is shown in the conversation with its result, so you see what was read and what was not.
- OAuth consent per connector, revocable at any time
- Every tool call and its result shown inline
- Zero data retention, ISO/IEC 27001:2022
In practice
Ask across your tools
Three requests that need more than one source.
From the inbox
Find the latest supplier agreement in my Gmail, check its termination clause against the Obligations Act and summarise the risks.
From Drive
Open the 'Lease — Skopje HQ' file in Drive and tell me whether the indexation clause is valid under current law.
Into the calendar
Read the court summons in my Outlook mail, compute the response deadline under the civil procedure act and put it in my calendar.
Why it matters
What changes in the workflow
The work stops being download, upload, ask. The document stays where it is, and Factum goes to it.
One question
instead of a download, an upload and a question
Both sides
your file and the law in force, read together in one answer
Nothing copied
documents are read in place; Factum retains nothing
With Factum, I have managed to bring a new level of efficiency into the office. Work flows more clearly, documents are prepared faster, and the team has a better overview of all cases. Most importantly, we have gained more time for quality legal analysis and client counseling.
Questions
Questions about connectors
See it on your own documents
A 30-minute walkthrough with the team, in your jurisdiction, on a file you choose.
Only what the connector permits and only for the request you make. Gmail is read plus drafting; Drive and Sheets are read-only. Nothing is synced or stored: Factum retrieves what a question needs, answers, and retains nothing.
