Role Description

As a Business Development Representative at Factum, you will be the engine of our outbound growth machine. Hybrid role for a Business Development Representative, with an opportunity to work from home part-time. The Sales Development Representative will manage lead generation activities, nurture prospects, and drive engagement to build a robust sales pipeline. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting outreach communications, and collaborating with the sales and business development teams to convert leads into opportunities, all while maintaining strong client relations. This is a high-activity, metrics-driven role that rewards discipline, creativity, and resilience.

Responsibilities include

  • Outbound Prospecting & Multi-Channel Outreach: Outreach through multiple channels across assigned accounts, segmented by ICP (Enterprise, Midmarket, SMB, and individual Attorneys at Law).
  • Contact Database Building & Research: Build and maintain accurate contact lists aligned to our ideal customer profile.
  • Pipeline Management & CRM Updates: Keep the CRM clean and up to date, ensuring every opportunity is tracked end-to-end.
  • Sales Meeting Support: Support offer and invoice preparation, and manage follow-ups through the sales cycle.
  • Inbound Customer Engagement: Respond quickly to inbound interest and qualify leads for the sales team.
  • Daily Planning & Coordination: Plan your day around clear targets and coordinate with sales and marketing to hit them.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, and Sales processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Business Development and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage prospects.
  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work proactively in a hybrid setup.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and experience in sales tools.
  • Business English proficiency required.
  • High level of willingness to learn and grow.
