Operating across factum.mk (Macedonia), factum.rs (Serbia), and factum.law (international, covering 15 EU jurisdictions), we provide AI legal Q&A trained on national laws, legal document generation, smart folders, and court decision search. With 5,000+ users and enterprise clients including Sparkasse Bank and Macedonia Insurance/VIG, Factum is scaling rapidly and looking for driven SDRs to fuel our growth.
As a Business Development Representative at Factum, you will be the engine of our outbound growth machine. Hybrid role for a Business Development Representative, with an opportunity to work from home part-time. The Sales Development Representative will manage lead generation activities, nurture prospects, and drive engagement to build a robust sales pipeline. Responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting outreach communications, and collaborating with the sales and business development teams to convert leads into opportunities, all while maintaining strong client relations. This is a high-activity, metrics-driven role that rewards discipline, creativity, and resilience.
